"Was with this company since 2017. Never had any issues until this year when I took my ex wife off my policy. Not only did they reinstate her to my policy without my permission, them doing this also caused all my premiums to jump when she already had insurance in another state that she moved to. I cancelled my auto policies since I found cheaper at state farm by over $70 a month. My homeowners was canceled but I wanted to keep that open since it was tied into my mortgage escrow and got a run around of why it could not be reinstated. The refund check was cashed but yet the canceled insurance through my ex wife was cashed as well but reinstated and back dated 3 months. This office makes stuff up as they go. Luckily state farm now has two vehicles, a Harley, house, 37' Carver and three Tiki pontoon boats under policy. Its amazing when one company messes up, what you can find that's better. Thanks for allowing me to find a better deal. I owe it all to Megan Foster for her poor services."
