"Had an accident and dealt with Kelly (sp?). We've been with Burr&Co. since 2007. Burr&Co. is a middle man for us as we deal with one of the product companies they offer. So, calling them in our time of need is pointless and, BTW, Kelly's demeanor is not helpful. If you're looking to speak with someone who sounds like they are for you or that they truly care, ask to speak with someone else. We will be shopping for a new insurance company as this one is not what it used to be."

I, yet received bill from this agency for my quarterly bill, which was supposed to been paid from escrow. But since I had sold the home there was escrow they billed me personally, I again notified them of sale AGAIN by phone since I no longer live in Michigan. But now, here come a lawsuit for unpaid insurance for a home I no longer own. I have attempted top contact them since right after Christmas to no avail. Beware of this insurance agency, they ARE underhanded. They will cheat you to no end."
