While trying to figure things out the agent we were meeting walked out asked what was going on, took our check and left. RUDE"

"I own properties and have used Transnation agency at least once before and that I can recall was treated with courtesy and respect, or at least this was my expectation going back there. But this time around I was treated SO bad like never before, anytime, anywhere, in any country for that matter. It all started when a person named L.. opened the door and proceeded to ask us to identify ourselves. She told us that due to COVID-19 restrictions my daughter in law could not come in, to which we respectfully abode by.. She then led us to a large meeting room where we were asked to sit and left. Several minutes later she came back carrying the buyer/seller document and threw them on the table, while asking us to take our ID's out and whether or not we had brought pens along to sign with, to which we replied no. She left the room and came back with 2 pens and threw then on the table. From there her attitude got worse... In spite of this treatment we achieved the goal of signing the closing documentation. All while enduring a rude, overbearing, and dismissive agent that made us feel so bad we talked about leaving place more than once.
