"Wonderful hotel. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Staff is nice and helpful. Drove here from Southgate a day early to beat the snowstorm, and staff allowed me to check in. Hotel is located near all the Petoskey attractions. The casino has shuttle service to this hotel."

"Super clean, nice staff. Great common space (cafeteria) in lobby with modern furnishings and a nice fireplace with seating inside and outside. Games room, free coffee in lobby, gym, pool, it has everything. Rooms are spotless too. We stay here every time we come to Northern Michigan. It is a good location for the UP, Mackinaw Island, and even Traverse to the south. Right in the middle of them all. They provided a list of dining options in town which was very helpful. They just put in a pond which adds to the valley view. A great spot for Autumn vacations."

"The location was centrally located, nice to be around restaurants, easy shopping and casino. The employees were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was offered fresh to order. Employees were quick at resolving one major complaint that prevented us from resting. We experienced very loud squeaking noise, from an internal issue, plus heavy walking from adults and kids rough housing, on the upper level. Our room was upgraded and overall I didn’t provide 5 stars based off the noise issue. I would recommend this hotel if you’re in the Petoskey area."

"It was our pleasure to meet a Courtyard Marriott employee with the name of Desiree. Front desk check in. We then knew our stay at the Courtyard Victoria square was going to be the BEST , and that turned out to be an understatement! Desiree greeted us , and made us feel like family ,she is very knowledgeable about the area for shopping etc. and could not make us feel more comfortable . “Hats off” to whom employed Desiree on that one day , as she is a fine e asset to the Marriott corporation! We thank her ! My husband and I enjoyed our entire stay , from morning until night , the service is off the charts ! Thank you. Looking forward to our return!"
