"I can’t thank Jeff and his team enough for walking me through the process of getting my vehicle fixed from the hail damage. It was super easy! Then came the roof damage of my home from the hail. The claims adjuster wasn’t very friendly but Jeff fought for me and the claim. Then a second adjuster looked at pictures of my roof and was very rude towards me but once again Jeff fought for me and my claim. He didn’t stop until the claim was completely handled and closed! I love how hard Jeff and his team at State Farm didn’t stop no matter the road blocks until the job was done! "Still somewhat disappointed in this office, Jeff Bohms, State Farm in Middleville: customer service, help, attention to detail, follow up and communication. I won't go into details, but after a couple weeks of frustration, they let us down and we ended up having to pay a claim that should have been covered 100%.
