"We loved this condo. It was perfect. Everything was lovely and it is well kept. It was the perfect spot to walk to the lake, walk to breakfast, walk to an amazing fish boil. Fantastic location!!"

"Winter retreat was perfect in every way including communication in booking and any questions asked - stayed in 301. Comfy - bed, cozy and extra touches including treats, coffee in filtered bags, reasonably priced. Ultra clean, safe and close to Sister Bay, hiking in Peninsula Park and most delicious dinner at Alexander's nearby open during the week in winter. Will return!"

"We arrived about 5 pm on a 90 degree day. The temperature in the unit on arrival was over 120 degrees. We immediately turned the room AC on high. After several hours, it was still too warm and the loft in which the king bed is located was still unusable. We ended up using the lousy sofa bed the first night. Very unhappy. The room AC is very loud, even on low. Poor air circulation in loft despite ceiling and box fans. No cross through ventilation. Staircase area leading to unit was like a blast furnace. Good proximity to shore and location is the only positive. Might be acceptable in cool weather."

"I first stated at the Ephraim Guest House 10 years ago and now it is the only place my family and I stay in Door County. We have stayed in practically all of the units including the one-bedroom suites, a two-bedroom suite and the three bedroom suite. The kitchens have all of the pots, pans, plates and utensils you need. The rooms are always clean and ready when we arrive. The staff is friendly and helpful, and remembers you by name. The grounds are also well kept and landscaped. The location is perfect and price even better. Located in Ephraim it is right in the middle of all of what Door County can offer. The Guest House is only a short walk down the road to the waterfront, Wilson's, the Visitor's Center and numerous restaurants and eating options."

"Stayed in unit 201. Has 2 bedrooms, a loft and a small finished bonus room that is perfect for our 3 year old. TVs in every bedroom (including bonus room). 2 full baths. Kitchen. We ride our bikes to the forest preserve every morning, walk down to Wilson's, the local ice cream parlor and sometimes after the kids are in bed, head down to the hot tub (grandparents stay upstairs and watch the kids for us). For fine dining try The Waterfront in Sister Bay, best high end restaurant in Door County (better than many places I've been around the world)."
