"Would give a zero if I could. Took a chance on working with a new Compass agency. They failed to respond to a request from another provider for a COI and got us a notice of cancellation. When we requested an explanation we got no response for weeks, then a bunch of excuses that it was assigned to someone to look into and then crickets. Dozens of emails with no response at all. Completely unprofessional and disappointing to say the least."

"I wrecked my jeep. They refused to fix the damage with full coverage insurance. I hate the way my jeep was treated. You cant trust them to fix your vehicle. They are trustworthy. Not worth having. It was a accident it wasnt done on purpose thats why they call them accident. Im going back to progressive, something that is just a little more expensive. But a savings isnt worth it if you cant trust it to take care of your vehicle. Worthless. And i entend to share tbis experience with anyone who will listen"
