"A great place to come home to and recharge before heading back out on one of the many places to get out on the water. Beds are super comfy. Only concern is the bathtub floor is super slippery, at least in my room (Room 225); bring a shower mat (and don't forget it there like I did!). A bit expensive but I only drive up from Milwaukee once or twice a year and it's worth it. Besides, not like I'm getting any younger and everything is more expensive nowadays. Picture is from the 2nd floor lakeside room. Awesome view, indeed."

"Our experience may be in part due to the hotel's difficulties hiring and keeping staff. That being said, the front desk clerk was unprofessional and was outside on the phone while people were waiting up to 20 min. The attached grill was really tasty, and the drinks were good. Service was a little slow, but as mentioned before, they were understaffed, so they got a pass on that. Our room was fun with an in suite hot tub and everything was very clean. The only AC in the room was the living room, and there aren't any ceiling fans, so cooling is an issue. However, it was an overall comfortable stay."

"Needed a place to stay we were exhausted and front desk accommodated us even tho they were out of pet rooms! Room was disgusting tho, carpet felt wet because of the humidity coming out of the AC and the hallway smell was atrocious! Giving two stars because front desk was very nice and personable"
