"I was in town for an outpatient surgery and I wanted macaroni and cheese. Difficult to park for this location, but I wanted the food. Made it to the store only to be told upon entering that they were not serving food because of a technical issue."

"The manger Sara is Very Rude.. I would love to speak to someone above her.. I was so upset how she treated one of her employees tonight there was NO EXCUSE for it.. Also she got a call if you don't want people to hear you talking about your employees maybe not speak so LOUD!!! This poor employees has Disabilities so there was NO EXCUSE for it.. Shame on Noodles & Company I will keep going up the chain into I speak to someone... Stay away took 38 mins for butter Noodles instead of her getting off her high horse & help sad Do Better"

"The only good thing about this place are the decorations. It has terrible service, cold Mac n cheese, and overpriced noodles. It costs 12 dollars for a bowl of noodles that I could make a pot of at home. The girl in the front was snotty, acted like I was stupid, and was sassing other customers."

"I got the Japanese Pan noodles and they were amazing! Still good as leftovers too :) also the staff was so nice, usually at night the energy can be low but they took good care of us!"

"FABULOUS service from the staff! Coke came out to work on the machine and the manager gave us a free bottle of coke because we couldn't refill. Staff was super helpful in helping me make a decision. Extremely friendly staff from the manager to the cashier. All in all a wonderful experience and I'll be calling corporate tomorrow to reinforce how awesome their staff is at this location. You guys are rockstars when/if you read this!"
