State Farm Insurance

"Was told if I signed up for save and safe my rate could go down but would never go up and I would never be penalized for not using it. I never set it up, then my bill increased $70 a month after talking to multiple people they finally figured out it was because I didn't set up the save and safe so they were charging me back several months for a discount they apparently "Applied" even tho they told me my rate was no different whether I signed up for it or not and that my rate could only go down never up if I chose to use it or not. I requested a new device via mail and haven't received it for two months. The past three months they have been putting the back charge on my premium and I have to call to explain that I still have yet to get the device via mail. Besides the save and safe issues my premium also increased $20 on top of the save and safe issue with their reasoning being "More people are driving on the roads now due to covid" even tho recently the state of Michigan announced there is a 4 billion dollar surplus of insurance money that will be dispersed back to insured drivers yet they are increasing rates for no other reason then "People are driving more because of covid". Besides those two increases somehow my premium has increased another several dollars each month with no reason. My rate has went from $191 to $234 over 3 months and that is without the $70 back pay they have put on every month on top. I have only been with state farm for about 4 months and had to call and get my bill fixed 3 out of those 4 months. Nobody seems to understand what's happening and it always takes 30-60 minutes to figure it out. Also they claimed to have fired the girl that told me the misinformation about save and safe, but it was actually a guy agent who did my policy at that time."
