"Ordered delivery got food in a timely manner but chicken Alfredo was just dry hard noodles covered with cheese and two pieces of chicken to top it off it was the same way on both meals I ordered"

"Pizza hut in Michigan city Indiana, you need to do better. Ordered a medium thin and crispy chesse pizza but got a medium thin and SOGGY cheese pizza. Pizza wasnt even cut right, probably because it was soggy. Have some pride in making customers Order. You got the easiest job in the world. I don't need it made fast, I need it made right. Corporate needs to step in and handle this Michigan city location. It's getting worse every order. Now you lost a customer because they can't even make a cheese pizza right. "I ordered delivery but the notification I received said it was carry out I tried to call for 20 minutes I was put on hold every time. I had to drive to the store and then there was nobody on the phone everybody was standing around and I paid $40 for a pepperoni pizza and a box of cinnamon sticks. They didn't refund the delivery fee or the tip that was not earned"
