"This week I visited for the second time, last being September. On both occasions I have been extremely impressed by the quality of service offered by this shop/ range. The staff are truly outstanding, supportive without being overwhelming and helpful in selecting appropriate firearms based on previous shooting experience. As a UK shooter with a background in bolt actions and .22lr AR’s my handgun experience is limited. Despite this, support was on hand where required. I also felt that my friend who has no firearms experience was treated just how you would want for the first time shooter to be treated. He was given extra time by staff when explaining the manual of arms of each firearm and appropriately briefed on the safety rules that apply to handling firearms. 10/10 to all that work at this establishment. My only complaint - I’m now left wishing I was able to add a Sig M17 to my personal collection back home, unfortunately handguns not permitted to the vast majority of licensed shooters in the UK."

"Safe, Fast, and Cheap option for those looking to get their CPL and additional training. The instructors here are very knowledgeable and take their time to explain what you need to know before you even get on range. When it comes to range time, they work especially well with first time shooters, so I couldn't recommend this place more! Probably the best training options this side of the state. If you're in the area and are looking for either a place to shop, train, or just get range time in, Action Impact is well worth the visit!"

"Just did my CPL course here Instructor Rob was super cool and made the time go by fast. Facility was very nice and clean. However, after being in a classroom with some of these students, I realized everybody doesn’t need to carry a gun. One guy in my class must’ve asked 15 questions all about when he’s allowed to “blow someone’s head off.” Very disturbing to hear. I was surprised he wasn’t kicked out of the building. But other than the students all the staff was great"

"Today (10/22) I took the CPL class here and it was a great experience. Will was my instructor along with Dave. They were so patient and helpful. I recommend taking the class here. They were also pretty thorough and answered any questions asked. Also, Marco from USCCA spoke with us. He was excellent and informative as well. Update- today 11/26 practiced at the range. I practiced a couple weeks prior to today as well and the staff was very supportive and accommodating. Especially the two guys in the range who helped me repetitively lol. Definitely will be back."

"My mom and I had a wonderful time here. It was clean, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Alex assisted us with a purchase and was able to point me in the direction to obtain additional assistance with a related matter. The manager was very pleasant and willing to help us also. While shooting , the guys in the back were awesome! Very approachable and gave us some good pointers with shooting, and loading the magazine. Overall 10/10 will definitely return."
