"This is the worst insurance company I have ever had! This location and their agents and employees are a complete joke!!!! I don't know if they were trained right for the job or not!!!! Anytime I call for something simple like a change of address or a question about my coverage, no one was able to help. They always say will call you back or email you, but I never receive calls or emails. Find another company if you want to be helped!!!! Otherwise, you will just be ignored and not valued as a customer!!!"
