"Nice people, good classes, appalling billing practices. My kids went for a couple months in summer 2022. My husband called to let them know the kids couldn't keep up during the school year & was told by the person on the phone "yeah, no problem, I'll take care of it." Some months later we were still getting charged. My husband called again. "Sorry, we'll take care of it." As of right now, October 9, 2023, our credit card is still getting charged for monthly fees, and at the increased rate! Even if this was the best jiu jitsu school in the state I would never bring my kids back because it's not worth the headache of trying to cancel. Hopefully this review will get someone's attention and we can start to get somewhere. Will update when we have it fixed."
