"I trained here for almost 3 years on the punch card membership, as I have a monthly membership at another school. When I purchased the most recent card, I found the price had increased and the owner never disclosed it to me, I didn't know til after I saw the charge in my bank account. Then I moved further away and was struggling to use my prepaid classes within the previously agreed upon 6 month timeframe, but I was planning to do so. I went to train, and found that the owner had cut in half the amount of time in which the classes could be used, and never told me til then. His response? "I should have checked the website." Students here are not valued, all we are worth is for our money, take my money and not let me train."

He was very informative and professional over the phone and he got me all the info I needed to get set for my first free lesson.
