"Great deals and friendly staff. I asked the guys behind the gun counter about a hundred questions and they were very patient and understanding. They had lots of great input as well. When I got to the register I had an issue with one of the items not scanning properly and Jane took care of it, in a very patient and friendly manner. Great team of people and great prices. What more can you ask for?"

I don't see this place being open long with employees like this anyways.. you would think that in today's economic climate, stores would step up thier customer service to keep any customer they could.. keep hiring kids like this and you'll see your store more and more empty.. i mean, he was wearing ear buds, not even paying attention, and the lady he worked with today (pretty sure she was the manager) isn't much better.. couldn't take 2 second to check me out.. I feel bad for the store owner cause he won't be in buisness much longer with people like this.."

"I decided to go check Dunham's while shopping for Camp Chairs. I had not seen any from them on Google searches. To my surprise thier Rochester store had the largest selection of anyone and at the best prices. While I was there I even got some clearance with an extra 20% off. Scratching my head why the merchandise wouldn't show up in a Google search."

"Service was terrible and I literally only saw three employees working. I asked an associate to contact another store to check inventory and he told me to take a picture of the item and call them myself. It made me so upset that I don't even wanna shop at this chain at all! Took 20 minutes of walking around and nobody greeted me or asked me if I need help. I had to ask the lone cashier to open it for me. While I understand help isn't available, but rudeness is simply unprofessional and unpleasant."
