"I just had my sons 8th Birthday Party tonight, And as soon as we stepped foot inside it was horrible. First I was greeted by a young lady name Alley that told us we needed to wait in our car until 6:45 his party was at 7 we got there at 6:35. The waiting room was empty with over thirty empty chairs and she still made us take everything back to the car and wait until 6:45. And stated there was a prior party going on but there was only three people at that party that even left. The parking lot was also completely empty I’m assuming because the lions game night. As we went to the party room both young ladies working seemed not to happy to be there and very rude they started to yell at the kids and tell them to not spin around in the party room to not run around either it was like they couldn’t do anything. My son said if it wasn’t for his friends being there it would have been the worst birthday ever. They were absolutely no help I did everything myself even cleaned up. Also on the way out they yelled at my son the birthday kid for wearing his crocs walking out on the red carpet but everyone else had shoes on leaving as well. We were very much unsatisfied and will no longer ever return to this place and other parents that attended agreed you need workers that actually want to be there and like children. I wish I could get a refund because it definitely was not worth the 275 I spent. The young ladies names were Morgan and Alley and they kept standing in the door way coming in to say things to the kids it was not a very welcoming birthday party. We will never be back!"

"My granddaughter takes an aerial silk class on tues @ 500pm. The instructor for this class is awful. Today I got to watch her give pony rides w/kids. Wrestle on the floor w/them. I've been watching this class since Sept and very disappointed in this instructor. During this class, My granddaughters foot was stuck in the silk and couldn't get out as she laid on the floor w/her foot hanging in the air. Instructor not even paying attention. We also got to learn how to swing today!!!! Did I mention my granddaughter is 9 and already knows how to swing!!! Dont recommend this class"

"My son loves the Ninjakour. We had a new coach for one day (Jacob). He was really the only who taught the kids. He’s a true coach. My son got more skill building from him in one session than the 5 weeks prior. Mostly the other coaches just let the kids do random things."

"I'm disgusted. Thankfully I was only a guest at a birthday party, But the place was gross. There was random water bottles laying around and there was used bandaids laying on the floor. Pipes on the floor were exposed ( not covered by mats), I could go on... I looked at my socks after getting home, they were gross, my husband and daughter's were too. We were thinking of starting classes there but this experience was a huge turn off..."
