"Tried going to Knabusch to switch agents due to poor professionalism from former agent. When my neighbor highly recommended them and I saw the great reviews it appeared to be a great match. First the office didn't file the agent of the record in a timely fashion or the correct amendment amount of my plan A that was ignored from the other agent. Then I requested to get all policies under them and cut ties with former agent and after two months of waiting they still hadn't done so. When I set up an early a.m. they had me waiting and did not respect my time or concerns. Chose to move on."
