"Hi jits community. Appreciate you reading. My teammate & I dropped in here last minute. I signed up on the website interest list and received a call back same day from Justin. We were specifically looking for gi jiujitsu. When we got to the gym a bit early we noticed it was very clean. There were two mat spaces. They had a striking and judo class going on while we changed. They had several bathrooms/showers, lockers, & an ice bath tub. We met a woman from Colorado who was also dropping in which was nice for my teammate to know there would be other women there. Class seemed to be the standard Gracie Barra curriculum and was taught by a black belt. We warmed up, went over several positions, then started our rolls positionally. Open rolling followed. We appreciated the open jiujitsu welcome & sharing of knowledge. Will come back again when in town."

"I’ve been training Muay Thai for about 6 years and did a drop in class as I was visiting Detroit. Right off the bat, the facility is very clean and spacious. The vibe is also warm and welcoming. I know that these guys are known for their BJJ, but I had a great time in the Muay Thai class. Their Thai Boxing program is new but they’ve got a great coach and I can see that they’ll thrive. I’ll definitely check in again when I visit."
