"Edit. Well that rating went downhill fast (pun intended). The reformatting of ski school has been a mess. Ski school and the resort are separate entities I have come to learn and the two are unorganized when there is an issue. The business office did nothing to resolve a legitimate issue for my family (I gave PK money for lift tickets... but did not receive lift tickets... simple fix, right??? Guess not). Prices keep climbing and nothing is updating or improving. I wish there were more options for my skiers. As a new skier and kids as new skiers, we like this place. It might be very confusing for a new family to start... but in the end it is worth it. There are ski classes that come free with the ski club (join through school or another organization). Ski classes helped children a ton! The lodge is finally open to enjoy some adult beverages while the kids ski."
"Jeff is a patient and effective ski instructor and I cannot wait to book another lesson with him (and recommend him!). My two boys, aged 5 and 7, have never been on skis in their lives. After a 2 hour private session with Jeff, both of my boys were able to ride with me on the ski lifts and ride down multiple slopes I still find terrifying as an adult (albeit, still somewhat of a beginner) who has been coming to Pine Knob since 2000. I can now take trips with my children and have them keep up with the adults in the group. You've given us the gift of more family trips and a lifetime of memories starting with today. Thank you, Jeff!"
"Great for beginners. I thought I could learn without an instructor but realized very soon I needed someone to help me. Dennis David was my ski instructor and I could not be happier. He was outstanding. He was clearly a very experienced skier and was patient with me the whole time. He identified issues with my form and technique, which made it incredibly easy to improve. Within one hour, I was able to go from no experience at all to controlled movement down the larger tow rope trial. I would HIGHLY recommend a lesson with Dennis David. He is outstanding."
"Dale Massey is my son's ski instructor. Kyle has had several private lessons with Dale. Not only is Dale knowledgeable but he 8s kind and patient with my son. This 8s Kyle's first season skiing and he already has his blue patch. We definitely recommend Dale!"
"Parents be aware! Ski instructors may lose your child on the slope! The ski school thinks it is not their problem! They feel no moral responsibility to ensure the children's safety. Other than that, your dream ski school,"
