"I usually don’t leave reviews but I have to say I did not have the best experience here. I enrolled both my 5 year old and 8 year old. After a few months I noticed the coaches were not hands on at all! They just take your money and don’t care about your child’s progress! They only care about the kids that have been there for years. If you’re new, good luck! I came here because I heard great things and the location is close to my residence. I now drive 30 mins to Detroit and it has been the best experience! Friendly staff!! Hands on! Professional and Prompt! They care about their students ! If I can save ONE PARENT from this headache, I’ve done my job!"

"I wouldn’t give it one star if I had the option. They got in the middle of a custody situation in which they took the fathers side who happens to be white and white isn’t always right. He told them not to release my daughter to me in which I have full custody. I had my custody papers in hand and they said they can’t release her to me, I called the police and I was able to get my daughter. They never apologized and said they the handled the situation properly. I beg to differ, I was humiliated. I pulled my daughter and they will never get my business again or any recommendations. They saw nothing wrong with what they did and how they handled the situation. There was more to the story, I’m done."
