Cardinal Field, located at 3805 Geddes Road in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is a stadium that embodies a Championship Mindset, Integrity, Christ Centered values, and Servant Leadership. Pets are not allowed on Concordia's campus, including athletic sites. The field is home to the Football, Men’s and Women’s Soccer, and Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse teams, with the stadium being completed in 2015 and dedicated to CUAA President Emeritus Rev. Dr. Patrick T. Ferry in 2021.

In addition to these sports, Cardinal Field also hosts the Volleyball, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Cheer, STUNT, and Dance teams, with the interior being renovated in 2018. The Baseball and Softball teams have their own fields equipped with locker rooms, batting cages, and bullpens. The Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track and Field teams also use the field for practice, with the complex being built in 2018 and dedicated to Kay Haab in 2019.

Furthermore, the Men’s and Women’s Golf teams compete at the Washtenaw Golf Club, while the Men’s and Women’s Tennis teams host home events at Chippewa. Additionally, Cardinal Field is home to the ACHA D1 Men's and Women's and ACHA D2 Men's Hockey teams, with games taking place at Artic Edge. This versatile institution provides a home for various sports teams and promotes a strong sense of community and excellence in athletics.
