"They were great until they weren't. I was informed that my auto would be almost doubling. (1 claim and no tickets ever). No one could give me answers why until the day that I called and cancelled my policies with them. If you have great luck and never have any issues, they're great. But as soon as a question or need arises be prepared to never get the answers you are looking for."
"I attempted to call them to get an auto insurance quote. Someone always answered the main line, but when she redirected me to sales, no one ever answered. The voicemail says to leave your number and someone will get back with you within 24 hours. I left two messages over 72 hours and no one ever called me back. I decided to call the main line again, and since someone always answers, explain my situation to her. She claimed everyone in sales was busy, but sent an email to one of them saying to contact me. A short time later, someone did call me. He spent most of the time trying to get me to bundle my house and car insurance with them, saying "I think I can only be competitive if you bundle." After being clear that I just wanted auto, he says that he will get me the numbers and hung up. HE NEVER CALLED BACK."
