"I started working on a commercial policy in May, needing only a liability policy. I never received a copy of the policy. Months later I was informed it was written wrong, cancellation and a new policy was to be sent. Communication lacks, understanding ones needs, 1000 questions and countless hours spent working on a simple policy. Won't be renewing with them."

"The agent Mr Johnson called me last week about Humana's new 20.00 a month Medicare supplement ins. For my mom. I have power of attorney to make decisions for her and she currently has a 74.00 plan with Humana. We had an appt today and he very throughly explained the options of both plans. Since the coverage was so close it was worth the time to understand the options. I want an agent that is local with an office in the town I live in, who is willing to keep his clients updated. He was very professional and not only helped with her plan but I decided the plan would work for me"
