"I represent Green Acres Manufactured Homes Community. We have kindly asked your drivers/driver such as the driver that operates a white CRV who picks up residents at P12 and so on, if they would be respectful enough to drive no more than (10MPH) in my park. I have even spoke to the bussiness/owner of KKS Transportation to ask you to ask your drivers to respect our (10MPH) limit in our park and you can't even do that! I have watched your drivers show up every morning around 6:30ish just to cause so much problems and concern between my residents. We have already made a report to the authorities who patrol our lovely park... Our cameras show how reckless & irresponsible your drivers really are with the lives of others in your care and not in your care. We will maintain a peaceful and respectful community, if you will not comply with that then we will proceed to take legal steps towards our little problem here. Afterwards your company and drivers will be banned from our community for good!"

"My driver, Julie, would NOT wear a mask, was horribly rude, packed more people into the car than was comfortable or safe, almost got into several 100% preventable accidents, allows smoking even if not everyone is comfortable with it, and tries to schedule you without going through the proper channels (insurance). I will never ride with them again."
"Absolutely HORRIFIC driver in a little silver hatchback. She about got into three accidents in a span of three minutes - she turned left in a straight lane- about hit two cars then she cut someone off. Seriously- is a different company. Scared me to DEATH. Pick a different service. Any service."
