"When I picked out and ordered my glasses the staff was awesome and the eye doctor who filled in from Grand Rapids was so nice and explained everything she was doing and was so nice. I would have given 5 stars, I called to see where my glasses were, will be 3 weeks tomorrow, and she said well they had to redo your lenses and order your frame so hopefully it will be soon, well when they were gonna be delayed a phone would have have been nice to update me on the delay and I never heard an apology from the girl I spoke too."
