"We got a deal for a membership for the new year $50 for two adults a month. We had to pay charges for enrollment which totaled out to $125 I believe. The equipment in this gym is pretty old and outdated which is the one thing I don’t like. I hope the owner invests in better and newer equipment prior to a new building. I still wish there was a planet fitness in the area as you pay less for better/newer cardio and strength building equipment. Only other pro is 24 hours and the owner is nice and respectful from when I’ve talked to him."

"Worst customer experience I have ever dealt with. My wife and I moved to Seattle in July, I tried to call and cancel my membership, but they force you to do this in person. This was impossible due to being 2500 miles away. The person who answered the phone was unhelpful and didn't seem to know what he was doing. 4 months later after no contact from SNAP of Ionia I receive a letter from debt collections where it shows a debt of 100s of dollars because they were racking up my membership fee while I was living in WA, despite my attempt at canceling. Stay away unless you are planning a life long commitment. They make it nearly impossible to cancel."

"I absolutely love this gym. The trainers are very welcoming and friendly always. Not sure what these people are referring to, I have been a member since they opened and have nothing bad to say about any of them. Granted I wish it were a little bigger but as far as customer service, it is great. It is a clean facility and does have proper towels and disinfectant to wipe down all equipment when finished. It is a very friendly and enjoyable place to go. They also have different classes and weight loss challenges to join and u don't have to be a member to join them. Great place!"
