"When switching my home gym I was very apprehensive , but had to find something closer to home... the cost is fair and the gym is always clean and kept up.. the staff seem nice when you have questions and usually it's not overcrowded with high-school kids ego lifting.. couple of the other members are pretty nice but most people seem apprehensive of me .. oh well nice gym definitely recommend if your in the area"

"This gym has a deadlift bar and deadlift jack. Very rare to find in most gyms. You can feel comfortable training heavy here. Very friendly atmosphere. As a home gym owner, I have found myself returning multiple times."
