"I was not very pleased after my last encounter. I have been a customer for years and never had a problem till just recently. It was time to renew my policy and I wanted to talk to someone about the huge price increase I received, my cost had doubled overnight. I called to discuss the increase and was told their Internet was down and they would call me the next day. They never called. I called again three days later, only to get their voicemail. I left a message asking them to call me. They never called. The third time was a charm, I was finally able to talk to someone. This time I was calling to tell them I was leaving and going somewhere I could better service. It's sad that poor customer service ended a relationship that lasted over 10 years."
