"Years ago I worked there, and part of the training was to break insurance laws but pretend you're not. Workers are sub-contractors and are liable for the laws they break personally. They are paid strictly on commission and residuals. Most of the Five Star reviews are the insurance salespeople that work there. I was trained to commit insurance fraud, and I just could not do it."
