"Advisacare is such a professional and down-to-earth place. The staff is so helpful and kind. When you walk into the Muskegon office, the environment is so inviting and warm. The care provided by every single nurse and CENA is truly compassionate. They are passionate about the work that they do and provide the best care for every single patient."

"I don't know where to start. I loved Lloyd's Bayou staff and didn't want to move my mother. The only reason we did was because of Advisacare. The care was hit or miss. Staff turnover was crazy. The staff was constantly on their cell phones and the manager was resigned to this. The worst part is they owe us a refund, and for months, they keep saying the check is in the mail. I'm not sure why Lloyd's Bayou continues to contract with them."

"Unprofessional all over the place they tell you they hiring I did my application came in for orientation they then said they don’t have no clients for me and said I won’t get my orientation pay until they find me a client they have favoritism one day after they gave me a client. I came in to get my check. Another lady in the office shut her door as if I was loud and I told the lady upfront thank you that handed me my check and she didn’t respond or say anything back which was very rude and not office type they are very rude and weird and unorganized very very unhappy unprofessional it’s like they bring their at home problems to work it shows on how they treat people that walk in the door if you are not there favorite they would text me 11pm at night as if I signed up for on call or try to just use me for back up and I never had a schedule and when the did find me a client it was 40 minutes away which was not what I signed up for but anyway good luck to them hope their attitude gets better because they need more office experience and practice lol bye ✌️"
