The owner Sean went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience. He even gave us good sight seeing advice. We enjoyed the Art Park on South Bayshore immensely. "Outstanding Customer Service. I happened to be in town for the Iceman 2023 race and staying in Elk Rapids and this bike shop saved my race! I was out for a casual ride the day before the race when I noticed my thumb-shifter was loose. I stopped to tighten it with my multitool but the bolt just kept spinning - the mount was stripped! There was no way I could get a replacement part for SRAM's matchmaker shifter mount in less than 24 hours.My race was over. Until...I remembered there was a little bike shop down the street from where I was staying. Could this little "tourist bike shop" I thought, help me out!. Answer: Yes.! Carl met me at the door, helped me bring my bike in, diagnosed the problem, said he would fix it on the spot, tapped my matchmaker mount, cut a new bolt to fit and sent me on my way without accepting any payment! THIS SHOP IS ALL ABOUT HELPING PEOPLE ENJOY RIDING BIKES. Please say hi to Carl and mention this post when you stop in. He's an angel who saved the day."

"Rented 2 E-bikes for 4 hours and rode up the leelanau trail and back. E-bikes have several settings on how much power you want in your pedalling. One of our bikes had a saddlebag! So I didn't have to sweat into my backpack the whole time. If you don't ride often, your butt will get sore. Still very worth it."
