"I have had horrible experiences with insurance agents in the past but I was so impressed with the woman I spoke with on the phone at David Insurance. We are hoping to buy a condo in Door County so I called with lots of questions about getting insurance. She was patient, very personable, and great at explaining the answers to my questions. I genuinely enjoyed my conversation with her. Cross your fingers that we get the condo because we are looking forward to working with David Insurance in the future!"

"This pertains to Steve at the Sister Bay, WI location. I contacted him for a commercial insurance policy for a construction business and transportation equipment policy. I contacted him over 30 days ago. He initially showed up 1+ hours late for our appointment and was a no-call no-show initially. He finally showed up and gave me less than 10 minutes of his time to go over the aspects of the business itself. 30+ days has gone by and he has made zero attempts at communicating with me as to whether they had insurance to provide or not. I have contacted him twice and was promised each time that he would contact me back to let me know what was up regardless of being able to offer a policy or not so I would not be left hanging. He was highly recommended by others in the construction and marine industries, however, he’s proven to be a complete waste of time and efforts. Don’t waste your time dealing with an insurance agent who doesn’t have time nor wants your business. I did contact a different agent through the same company but at a different location, who is courteous and is putting in the effort to help and who communicates well. As a business owner, your time is valuable, don’t waste it wasteful people and careless companies."

"So where do I begin to say how great this agency is? I'm not sure how long we have worked with them but guessing probably 35-40 years! I can't tell you how many times I hear folks complain about hating insurance companies and insurance but I will tell you, we have NEVER had a bad experience with this group! We go back to the original owners, Jeff Pfeifer and Dave Thomas.... it has been amazing. They have ALWAYS had our backs. When they felt a different insurance group might serve our needs better, they called and shared their thoughts. We haven't had many "claims" over the years but when we have things have ALWAYS been taken care of quickly and perfectly. Even when I was pregnant and had a couple "fender benders" close together they didn't drop me nor did our premiums skyrocket... We have been so blessed. The office staff is the best as well... You call with a question and they are "johnny on the spot" about getting you answers and getting things taken care of. They always are so friendly and helpful. If you have been looking for a good group, I can't recommend them enough! Thanks for all the amazing years and here's to many more :)"
