"Loud, and Starbucks coffee is still terrible...but I have to give a shout out to the INCREDIBLE STAFF. Wow, the team KILLED IT today. Super busy, but everyone was focused, working together, being superhumanly patient with customers, etc. I can tell that they are being supported and led by their management team. Great job, everyone. Seriously. That's so rare."

"Everyone is always so awesome, drinks are amazing and always yummy. Very nice selection. My daughter's love coming here. Would however love to see something offered in zero sugar for the diabetic in the house. One time the woman working there tried so hard to make a drink for my daughter who is type two diabetes. Bless her heart for at least trying, thank you"

"Drive thru takes longer and longer, almost 30 minutes most days. Oat milk and Almond milk are never in stock. The soy milk here ALWAYS tastes like it has a cleaning chemical in it."

"Figured I add that my sandwich today was missing the egg!!! Back in January I wrote: Always closed or closing down order ahead. There’s someone in the store telling ppl they are closed. Why are you even in the store then? You’re literally getting paid to do nothing, may as well make a couple drinks even if it takes longer to get through the line. Otherwise go home."

"Staff here is very friendly. However, it irritates me when I order a Venti drink and its never full. Other Starbucks give me a drink that is way closer to the top than this, and I've been to Starbucks all over the country. Starbucks is a high quality / high cost business and I don't mind paying the price. But I expect to get what I pay for. I dont think this is ok when it happens regularly. I understand the occasional issues with new staff, busy day, etc... This was ordered as a Venti matcha iced latte. The photo shows how it came out of the drive through window. Not cool, guys."
