"I don't mind the vet and technician on staff. They are very knowledgeable about cats and the technician is extremely good at delicately handling them. I can't stand the front desk lady... I hate calling in because I know she's going to be rude over the phone. I requested my vet records because I've moved and the only options are fax or snail mail... I don't have a fax because its 2023 and I still haven't received them in the mail 9 days later."

"I just dropped my cat, Lily off for grooming. They do a fantastic job and take good care of her. She also had a vet check and got a thumbs up across the board. She was a pretty sick kitty the last check in. Dr. Reesor and staff are very caring. Lily actually seems to like going there."
"I have a large cat that does not like to be groomed. I scheduled him for a sedation grooming. It was an awful experience. The vet did not sedate my cat. The groomer restrained and manhandled him and did not give him a proper grooming. My cat was so angry. When I got him home, he hid for two days, and I had to rebuild his trust with me. He has some existing health problems, his hips being one and he is still limping from the groomer hurting him."
