"I have tried to contact Dr Degraw for the last couple weeks with MAJOR concerns with my son I have not received one return phone call, I expressed concern to the nurse and asked to speak to the doctor before he increases the dosage of my sons meds and that fell on deaf ears and the dosage was raised anyway. I have asked for any doctor at this point to call me and was told another doctor would contact me the following day. No phone call still. So if you care about your child’s health and would like a doctor who will listen to your MAJOR concerns with your child. Then this office is not the right office for you or your child. What they are doing is inexcusable and unprofessional. Shame on you guys. I had been using this doctor for 19 years!! I guess these Doctors don’t care anymore."
