"Of all the visits to the ER for my son this has been the smoothest. No bullcrap waits or holdups. Granted it wasn’t super busy but they waisted no time getting the tests and X-rays and really jumping to get the right diagnosis and aid to help my son. Doctor was clear and easy to to understand. Took the time to make sure any worries were considered and answered. Overall I’d bring my son to ascension anytime with confidence in the staff from my experience."

"Couldn’t have asked for a better ER team who helped me with my broken arm. I was quickly admitted. X-rays were handled with care considering the pain I was in and that was also administered swiftly. I was in and out in about two hours I was even given a ride back to my residence by a team member. How sweet was that! Didn’t need to wake up a family member at 2am to come and get me. They were great and considerate of my needs."

"Being from a rural area, it’s hard to find a good place to go when you need medical care. I was apprehensive going here because I’ve never been before but it was a wonderful experience. In the ER i saw a very attentive doctor and there was virtually no one in the waiting room. The doctor who saw me was very thorough and made sure I was well taken care of. The nurses were awesome, super attentive and kind. The ultrasound tech I saw was also amazing. I would highly recommend coming here."

"Worse doctors and some nurses on night shift all but Erin was very bad at helping me as a patient I didn’t receive the proper care needed to treat my pain. They never ran any test and lied and said I refused to be treated because I asked for the IV to be put in right. I left there in more pain and very unhappy. I want to file a complaint and didn’t get the resources to do so. Maddi is a terrible nurse and the doctors as well. They didn’t care to do anything to see why I have this jerk that’s painful and won’t stop. My neck and whole back hurt triggering from my spine. Worst hospital to ever go to when you I’m need of emergency medical attention. Also had me in the hallway no patient privacy just out in the open terrible services. I received better care at an urgent care and had better solutions. They ran up a bill I’m disputing and I’m calling the BBB as well to see where I can get better results. My left arm is in pain due to the IV being put in wrong the lady got mad and refused to call and IV tech for help. I got no treatment I want to file a complaint. My arm is very sore and she scratched me with the needle. The needle was too big she didn’t know what she was doing. Doctors didn’t care nurses neither. Never even took my labs they did nothing but put me through more pain. And run CT of the wrong body part. They refused to do their job as a health care caring for patients. It was very much so biased to treating me. Insurance my age and my skin may have played a part in the disregarding of proper care. Also I was informed by a male nurse that they were going to have security kick me out. He said it wasn’t even necessary due to the fact I wasn’t doing anything but asking for a manager to get them to treat me properly. Erin also tried to help they refused. This is the worst hospital for anyone on my type to come seek treatment. I’ll never recommend this location or night shift to anyone. Day shift is rude as well. I called and got no help. No names no nothing"
