"The Baristas are always very nice. I got a Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. I feel this one I got the milk to espresso ratio was a little milk heavy compared to the one I got a few days ago but still was good."

"I took my two kids here (our first trip here ever) and there were only a few people inside at the time. My kids got their cake pops which they loved. Then about ten minutes later I got my drink and my daughter got hers. Then 40 minutes later my son is still waiting on his drink. Since we were waiting for a while we had a chance to really look around the store. The store was overall very clean but We noticed flys in the baked goods case. We also noticed that the store filled with more people and the drive through became busy as people were coming and going. My son still had not received his drink. At 3:15 I decided to go up to one of the staff members and inquire about my son’s drink. I told them that we still had not received his drink and that we have been here For 45 minutes. The staff member said that they were only five minutes behind, but I was confused by that since my son was still sitting there with nothing to drink. I sat down and then about five minutes later the staff brought out his drink along with A couple gift cards. She explained to me that someone must have grabbed it by accident. I don’t know if that really happened or if she was just trying to cover for her coworkers because they got so busy and forgot. But either way I felt like she made it right, even though we wasted a Chunk of our day. I will know for next time to look out for our drinks on the counter."

"I ordered 3 shots of espresso with whip. I watched her make my drink and noticed she added steamed milk. I asked her if that was mine. She popped off at me and said it was a mobile order. I told her yes it’s mine. I can’t have that steamed milk. She threw it away and ignored me and walked off. I said okay that’s fine and walked out without my coffee that I paid for. Giving money for a product isn’t good enough. Now people are expected to accept what you didn’t want!!!"

"I got Starbucks the morning of the ND OSU game. It was very busy. I placed a mobile order and so did others around me. They were clearly behind and very busy however the staff was doing an amazing job communicating with each other and the customers, even making sure customers had their orders coming up soon if they had been waiting a lot time. Numerous times customers were thanked for their patients. Great job!"

"Quick and Painless!! I stopped into this Starbucks location during a recent visit to the area. I was staying just up the road at the Springhill Suites Marriot hotel. The location was just down the road and open early which worked for me. I arrived around 5:45 am, and no one was in the store and the drive through wasn't busy at all. I ordered a Bold Red-Eye, with 2 shots of Blonde, a breakfast sandwich, a bottle of water and some snacks. It took less than 10 minutes for everything from my order to receiving it. The staff were happy and cheerful and quite friendly. I would visit this location again if I'm in the area."
