The roots of Grassroots Cafe began with a dream by Dr. Lori Zettell to bring healthier eating options to the community and to create a hub for wellness. This vision led to the creation of Outside the Box Wellness Cafe, which eventually transitioned into Grassroots Cafe in alignment with Dr. Abby Sirovica, owner of Grassroots Collective.
