Buffalo Wild Wings 1904 South Mission Street, Mount Pleasant, MI 48858

"Went here around 11:30 on a Sunday. It was busy, but we were seated at a high top table near the main entrance. We were right next to the kitchen and in a perfect spot to receive fast service. Our server didn't even come to take our drink order until 25 minutes after we sat down. Then it took another 20 minutes to get our drinks out. He took our orders for both apps and entrees. The first app came out 40 minutes later. Our entrees came out another 35 minutes after that. Checks? Oh, that was roughly another 50 minutes before we got those. And did I mention that the table next to ours got there 10 minutes after we did, received their checks 20 minutes before we did and were gone before we received our checks.....for those keeping track, over 2 hours is how long it took get our main dishes. When the waiter finally handed out the checks, every single one of us had our wallets out ready to pay, what did he do? Walked away for another 20-25 minutes. I'm sorry, this service was unacceptable. The place was basically empty by the time we were about to leave."

"I ordered a takeout and was very disappointed. I ordered (and was charged for) multiple ranches and a southwest ranch on the side of my wings and received none. I also was told it would be about a 45 minute wait and waited well over an hour (which I am understanding about, it was very busy). When I called the restaurant and asked politely to speak to a manager about my order, she was incredibly rude to me. I don’t think I’ve ever been spoken to that horribly by a customer service worker in my life. Very disappointing for the price I paid."

"It was okey but not the greatest. I mean it definitely could be better tasting but it was decent, I pry won’t go back tho. Waitress was nice. Food came out pretty decently timed.. just wasn’t the best of flavor..fries needed more salt, could be hotter. The salad was overpriced for the amount."

"First time going there. Will be going back. The food was amazing! It was like a flavor trip to an exotic location south of the border. When we had a question about menu items the waitress was very helpful and accommodating. The waitress was attentive and had great suggestions that we were not disappointed with. We will be going back for sure"
