From the front desk to the dental chair, everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. My dental hygienist, Kayla, was great. I appreciate that she explained each step of the process (honestly, I've been going to the dentist for years and never had anyone really explain what all that scraping was for!). And she checked my periodontal pockets, which to me, shows that this office takes the work seriously, no shortcuts. Dr. Beckford was nice and after the exam, explained her observations and next steps in a thoughtful manner. It was a very thorough cleaning and examination.
