"Beautiful little gem tucked away in South Bend/U of Notre Dame campus. Four stars due to concerns over algae in the lake itself (although kids were swimming when I visited). You can park for 1 hour as a 'guest visitor' at the facilities building. I've provided a picture of the hours of operation."
