"Very sorry to read the review from the student with a disability. When I was a student there ('58-'62), the teachers, staff and fellow students were, for the most part, considerate and thoughtful. My experience at Saint Mary's was exemplary, outstanding and rewarding. ...and, yes, the grounds were lovely, too. ...AND, Notre Dame was right across the highway."

"Very disappointed to hear how this school, staff treat students. Would really love to know how the place where I chose to continue my education and the place that promised accessibility to me, can get away with doing something like this. I already have a hard enough time getting to my classes or across campus due to the lack of a plowing job when there is snow. Not being able to get into a building because workers decided it would be easier TO CLOSE OFF the ramp rather than SHOVEL it is worse. I don’t care if I me only physically disabled person on this campus. I still need to have access to all of the buildings as any other student does. The amount of laziness and lack of empathy I see on this campus every day is astounding. I’m through putting up with it. I assure you I will continue to bring up these incidents until someone does something about it because every time I do, it seems that no one cares. I hope at some point someone begins to because I won’t be stopping anytime soon."
