"I do not recommend this place. My daughter needed feeding therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. She saw Patti for feeding therapy. It's a long story but basically Patti gave up on my daughter and said come back to me when she is eating more. Didn't give any guidance and didn't say I have done everything I can do I recommend going somewhere else or maybe do this instead. Occupational therapy was fine. We didn't have issues with that. Jo was her physical therapist. There were a few sessions that she wanted my daughter to do something that I didn't feel comfortable doing. She wanted my daughter to go on her knees when one of my daughters knees doesn't bend. I told her that I don't feel comfortable doing that bc her knee doesn't bend. Then the next week it was the same thing. She wanted my daughter to go on her knees. It seemed like this happen three weeks in a row. I felt like I wasn't being heard or listened to. So we decided we needed to go somewhere else. So we drove to Grand Rapids for all of her therapy needs. As a parent you need to do what's best for your child."

"Would not recommend at all. My daughter was treated horrible I have tried to file a complaint but of course the supervisor has not called me back. I will go above them because my voice will be heard. The person who saw my daughter had a horrible bedside manner rolled his eyes at us did not listen to a word we said. Of I could give zero stars I would because they do not deserve even the one they got."

"Clean place most staff are great! Matthew with security great communicator with directions. Victoria with ultra sounds super nice and patient! Only complaint I have is Jenna with registration was rude and not patient while checking me in. Could improve with respect and manners at the front desk. Keep up the great work and thank you for all that you do!"

"I wish I could leave a higher review. I had never been to this urgent care before as I am new to the area. The staff was GREAT!!! Very considerate, friendly, professional, fast, and courteous. I have never been to a doctors office that was so nice. They took care of me so fast. I was back in the room within 15 minutes of my arrival. The doctor came in right away. He listened really well to what I was telling him. Never made me feel like I didn't know what was going on with me. We came to a resolution quite fast. I also love the fact that there is a pharmacy connected. It took maybe e 10 minutes to get it faxed over and filled. I will definitely be going back to this place! I give everyone an A+ there :D"
