"The staff was friendly, but unfortunately they didn't help me at all. My work has a contract with them to for safety glasses. I've never had prescription safety glasses before so I had no clue how to pick them out. The first pair were so bad that I felt like a chameleon looking in two different directions at once. They said no problem, we'll redo them. But unfortunately the problem was with the frames they let me choose. My prescription is so high that the lenses weren't able to fit the frames properly. They told me too bad, I'm only allowed one redo. I complained to work and then they let me choose a new frame. They again didn't help me out at all, so I chose another frame that wouldn't work for my prescription. Before I chose the fourth frame I went to my regular eye doctor for help and showed them my options. Finally I knew which frames would work for me, no thanks to SVS. But SVS messed those ones up too! I once again had to complain to my work for another pair. Finally after the 5th pair I got something that works. But wow, what a massive headache."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Fairly good selection of frames. Insurance covered some of the cost but out of pocket costs were pretty high. Never paid that much before on previous pairs of glasses. Still waiting for the glasses we bought so I can't rate the glasses yet."
