"Had phone appointment in October. PA said she would send me for testing, nothing happened. They did not put in the order for the test, never heard anything back from them. Called again, to schedule an in-office appointment.. Lady tells me they are not seeing patients in person, only telephone appointments. How can they diagnose a stomach issue of they will not actually see you or follow through with the testing discussed previously? Very unprofessional on the telephone! The woman on the phone was completely clueless."
