"The doctors and supporting staff are wonderful, but the people who work in the optical studio are rude and don’t listen to the customers. I was in there Monday and had a 3:30 appointment. After my full exam I was finished about 5:20 and not so young lady did not want to help at all. She wanted me to come back with an appointment during the week. When I told her I was working or had other appointments and would come back after Christmas she didn’t listen and kept trying to have me come back this week. I pray I don’t have to deal with her again!"
