"Can't even get a person on the phone. Placed on hold immediately from the robot. Waiting for 40 minutes then I hung up. Heard from other patients the same... purposefully put on hold for at least 30 minutes. Long wait times in office too. Again trying to call to schedule an appointment. Called twice hung up the first time after waiting 20 minutes. 2nd time still waiting to talk to someone after 25 minutes. Difficult to even schedule an appointment if you ever get through also. Booked out months. It's June can't get an appointment til August."

"I love Dr. Kotsis (he is 100% of the 4 stars) but I CANNOT get anyone on the phone and I have had to call 3 times this week for the same thing. Today I've been on hold so far for 50 minutes (still no answer as I write this) and I absolutely have to talk to someone, it's not something I can do online. I will say that Erin in the office is amazing and she was incredibly helpful."

"Over 45 minute wait times to schedule an appointment. Sending prescriptions to pharmacies that are out of stock for WEEKS of the medication I need. Prescription line that doesn’t call back to help. Unable to talk to a real person on the phone about issues I’m encountering. I have been attempting to establish care and management for my disability and have been completely alone in dealing with the sheer negligence of this establishment, which has been extraordinarily stressful and has impacted my life negatively. The only positive experience I’ve had here has been meeting with the floater physician (since my assigned PCP has magically been gone for months), Dr. Jesse Zrull, who has listened attentively to my needs and has truly made me feel seen and helped. He deserves 10 stars; this broken establishment deserves zero."

"Dr. Beeai is very forgetful concerning patients and care. Can't remember the pervious care and information she has talked about with you. Spends too much time trying to remember previous care and then tries to rush you with what you are presently seeing her about. Does not take your concerns serious. Tells you "not to worry about it." Dr. Beeai and staff, especially the medical assistant, Diane Edwards, body language and demeanor is very unprofessional. Constanstanly tells you that they're trying to go home.Wlill be looking for a professional and compassionate doctor to care for my health care needs."
