"VERY disappointed in our previous experience. I took my daughter in for her appointment at 12:40, we arrived at 12:23. We waited an hour and 6 minutes to be called back for her visit. There was zero communication from the front desk they were running behind so much. Once we got called back, we continued to wait even longer. To the point where I picked up my daughter and we left for our hour drive back home and had to reschedule. I understand things happen, but there was no communication from the desk. I will say I went to the desk after 40 minutes to check, and one of the two ladies was very pleasant and tried to help. The other woman, not so much. Very rude, condescending, not trying to help, etc..After leaving I called to reschedule as I pulled out of the parking lot and was told “things happen, and he’s constantly double booked”. So the solution was to offer an appointment 2.5 months later! That doesn’t work, and she got an appointment a month plus later. So now because of the double booking all day we have to wait another 5 weeks. We have always had a positive experience up until this point, and Dr. Dabrowski is the best of the best, unfortunately the woman at the front desk out a very sour taste in my mouth."

The doctors were absolutely amazing and explained everything in such simple form and were so patient when answering questions. The doctor was knowledgeable and concerned. Wait time was exceptional. Carolyn was also pleasant and welcoming at the front desk. I was so pleased the way I was treated. I am so glad that the nursing assistant went out of her way to accommodate my request for scheduling my follow up appointment. They were all a breath of fresh air."
