"This is absolutely the worst office on the planet of earth. First, if you walk in chances are there is no one sitting at the check-in desk because the woman likes to sit in the back and talk. Second if you have to call for anything chances are you won't be able to get anyone on the phone and they will never call you back so if you have to handle anything it will have to be in the office. Third if you ever need to speak to the office manager chances are the day you want to speak to them they will not be there and they will not call you back either. This office almost put me in the hospital due to stress and anxiety with the entire process. If it wasn't so close to my house, I wouldn't even get my surgery here. Only visit this office if you have the patience of an angel and the free time of a child because they will do nothing but test your patience and waste a lot of your time."

"My daughter broke he arm we go in the 14th to get the cast on and they had a student doctor do it without the actual doctor there to supervise. Here now im at the DMC because they messed up and her cast is literally sliding off. She broke her arm pretty bad so they better hope that this screw up doesn't affect her break. I will never go there again. Just an update well cause of their screw up my daughter now is getting surgery today. She had to stay overnight at children's hospital so again I will not be taking my daughter to their orthopedic doctor ever again. They have responded to my review with an invalid number this hospital needs to get there act together everyone i have spoken with says this hospital is horrible."
